The Liberty Security Service, Inc. training program begins in a classroom environment. Through a combination of videos (Professional Security Television Network) and various hands on exercises dealing precisely with your site qualifications. Each officer will be required to adhere to your Standing Operating Manual. We believe that the officer should know what is expected of him/her so that he/she does not undertake responsibilities beyond his/her capabilities. This procedure has been an important factor in reducing turnover.
The Security Officers' training does not end with classroom sessions. At the clients facility our Field Supervisors further train the officer on the actual duties he/she is to perform. Training is administered until the security officer is able to assume their prescribed duties without direct supervision. After the Initial on-the-job training, a Field Supervisor will follow up to ensure that the security officers assigned to your facility are competent in performing their duties. Regular unannounced inspections are conducted to maintain a consistent high level of service.
